The Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a motivated self-starting Senior Adaptive Planning Integrator to serve as the AP (Adaptive Planning) Engineering Integration lead for BGS Engineering capability teams. This role ensures consistent implementation and governance of Adaptive Planning across BGS Engineering, represents BGS in Enterprise AP processes and standards, and delivers reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder engagement to support workforce and program planning.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Berkeley, Missouri or Seattle Washington.

Position Responsibilities:
- Act as the principal BGS Engineering AP focal for enterprise workforce planning, including representation at ET&T Workforce Planning meetings and other enterprise forums
- Ensure consistent AP implementation across BGS engineering capability teams focusing on:
- Data entry, inquiries, data integrity, and governance
- AP configuration alignment with enterprise standards
- Lead the BGS Engineering Steering Committee for AP-related strategy, prioritization, and issue resolution
- Create, oversee, and maintain BGS Engineering-endorsed AP reports and dashboards, including:
- Monthly Leadership Team (LT) AP reporting and scorecard
- Workforce Planning Dashboard and AP Health Dashboard
- AP Maturity trends
- Program Drivers and AP user engagement metrics
- Provide coordination and data analysis to support Enterprise or Business Unit specific efforts; such as showing AP demand, supply, and gap data by BGS engineering capability intended to support non-BGS efforts
- Partner with Finance to lead ongoing support during LRBP cycles and other critical planning events
- Coordinate with HR, GTA, and enterprise AP teams to improve AP adoption, user training, and data governance practices
- Troubleshoot AP data and reporting issues and escalate as needed to enterprise AP teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent or higher
- 10+ years' experience working with Adaptive Planning (workday adaptive planning, reporting, or equivalent enterprise financial planning and analysis tools)
- Experience with data governance, data integrity practices, and translating business needs into reporting/dashboards
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience (engineering, HR, GTA, finance, enterprise AP teams)
- Proven ability to lead committees or cross-functional working groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present status and scorecards to LT-level stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Active Security Clearance
- Prior experience within BGS or related Boeing engineering organizations
- Experience with workforce planning, LRBP cycles, or program-level planning
- Technical skillset for report/dashboard creation (Excel advanced, Adaptive Planning report designer, Power BI/Tableau experience a plus)
