Bennett Aerospace, Inc. , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Contract Specialist I to support he Procurement Division. The contract specialist will support in various government contract matters. This position will liaise with Federal Employees, Contractors, and Divisions in San Antonio, Tx.

Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct contract reviews, assist with cradle-to-grave operations, manage order modifications, and handle close-outs.
- Will need to input contracts, task orders, and purchase orders into the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS).
- Assist government contracting officers with large and small purchase contract actions.
- Review solicitation packages for completeness.
- Advise and provide program offices with examples of documents that should be included in a solicitation package.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 24 hours of business credit.
- Four (4) years of relevant work experience with an emphasis on contract close-outs.
- Must have working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR 8, 12, and 15).
- FAC-C Level II or DAWIA Level II is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent experience as a Federal Contracting Officer/Specialist.
- Experience with 100% Small Business Set Aside\
- Experience with 30-day Procurement Action Lead Time (PALT)
Security Requirements:
- Clearance Level Required: Public Trust to Top Secret
- Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
- Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
