Required Qualifications

- Integrate PSYOP/MISO capabilities into joint operational planning efforts
- Support development of plans, CONOPS, OPORDs, and supporting IO annexes
- Coordinate across interagency, coalition, and DoD stakeholders to align messaging and influence efforts
- Provide subject matter expertise on information environment, influence operations, and target audience analysis
- Synchronize PSYOP activities with other Information Related Capabilities (IRCs) including EW, MILDEC, OPSEC, and cyber
- Assist in development of Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE)
- Contribute to targeting processes and effects assessment cycles
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5-10+ years supporting IO, PSYOP, or MISO missions
- Experience supporting CCMD-level or Joint Staff planning environments
- Strong working knowledge of: JOPP / MDMP / Joint planning processes
IO integration and IRC synchronization
Target audience analysis and influence planning - Experience operating on SIPRNet and/or JWICS
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting USSOCOM, USCENTCOM, or TSOC environments
- Background in MILDEC, EW, or cyber integration with IO
- Familiarity with APEX planning and joint targeting cycle
- Experience producing briefings for senior leadership (O6/GO level)
