Job Description
Alutiiq Information Management, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC is looking for an Electronic Technician IV in San Diego, CA. The Electronic Technician IV will provide critical preventive and corrective maintenance, information assurance, asset management, technical systems updates, service call resolution, and configuration management for C4I systems worldwide.
Payrate: $31.00 Hourly

- Responsible to Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products/equipment in the field. The type of equipment is as follows:
- Alarms
- Naval munitions
- Giant voice, cameras, and intrusion detection
- Emergency Operation and Regional Dispatch Centers
- Gates, wide area alert, indoor voice, and enterprise land mobile radio
- Climbing equipment towers
- Prioritize and respond to tickets within a timely fashion.
- Dispatch activities, and support for regional and emergency operation centers as needed.
- Determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- Provide critical preventive and corrective maintenance, information assurance, asset management, technical systems updates, service call resolution, and configuration management for C4I systems worldwide.
- Work with management to plan and prioritize work schedule.
- Maintain security of equipment, parts and materials.
- Maintain workspace is in a clean and orderly manner.
- Ensure all tools and materials are stored in a safe and orderly manner and in compliance with OSHA standards; maintain SDS files on hazardous materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Payrate: $31.00 Hourly
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Active Secret clearance.
- Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience OR High School diploma and 8 years of experience in the field.
- Prior experience with access gates and associated hardware, software, systems and manufacturers, but not limited to the following:
- Sentry Interface
- CCTV
- License Plate Readers
- Lenel
- Card Readers
- Bollards
- Barriers
- Hydraulics
- Access Control Logic
- Delta
- Nasatka
- Autogate
- Electronics experience, prior training and knowledge of electronics and/or electronic equipment.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Solid computer skills for documenting and research.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well organized and able to multi-task.
- Able to create work procedure documents and maintain standards.
- Ability to travel as necessary for Domestic and international may be required (Passport).
