The Opportunity
NTS is seeking a Level 4 Network Engineer who will provide expert technical support to a government sponsored program, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and security measures to ensure optimal performance and adherence to DoW standards. Key responsibilities will include incident management, system documentation, and training for personnel, while collaborating with other teams to integrate a small-form-factor (SFF) compute and network capability to the DoW. The role is full-time, requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and involves 20% travel to various CONUS Air Force bases for on-site support.

- Technical Support: Provide technical support for the program, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to the SFF kits and Secure Entry Point.
- Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance, updates, and configuration changes to the programs components to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents and outages affecting the program, working closely with other teams to minimize downtime and restore service.
- Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the program and its sensitive data, adhering to Air Force security policies and standards.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
- Training: Provide training and guidance on the SFF kits to end-users and support staff.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineers, network administrators, and security personnel to ensure seamless integration and operation of the program within the broader Air Force network.
