BlueForce Inc. is seeking a Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational (JIIM) Instructor in support of the United States Air Force Expeditionary Center at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.

Specific Duties:
- Provide instruction and evaluations to students on interrelationships for a wide variety of organizations operating in the international environment including joint and coalition military partners, Non-Governmental Organizations, Inter Governmental Organizations, International Organizations, US Embassy staffs and Country Teams.
- Shall teach subjects such as, but not limited to International Organizations, Interagency Functions, Building Strategic Networks, Partner Nation Security Institutions, Partner Nation Government Structures and Legal Awareness, Organizational Awareness, etc.
- Liaison with functional community's subject matter experts, including Air Force Geographic Component Commands and other functional commands; HAFs, MAJCOMs, C-NAFs; other services; interagency, intergovernmental and non-governmental organizational as well as any other organizations to ensure curriculum remains relevant and current.
General Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Meet minimum USAF EOS Student and Qualified Instructor requirements at government expense and IAW EOS-established policy and contract.
- Serve as the focal point and SME in their respective discipline. When qualified, be prepared to assist and teach lessons in other disciplines as determined by the Site Manager.
- Provide technical support, planning, consultation, analysis and expert advice to establish, maintain, and improve their respective areas' instruction.
- Develop, update, revise, and deliver their respective area's curriculum and courseware within USAF EOS-established policy.
- Ensure the most current student education and training materials are used and are provided to each student at the beginning of each lesson, as required.
- Produce, assemble, and manage student materials as required to include paper and/or electronic (DVDs, etc.) based training materials provided by the Government.
- Prepare classroom for instruction and ensure academic equipment, projectors, televisions, computer learning stations, etc., including uploading of computer-based training, if applicable, are functional.
- Begin each lesson on time and teach for the prescribed amount of time IAW the student schedule unless the COR authorizes a schedule deviation.
- Perform instruction/demonstration and student evaluations as required by the syllabi and lesson plan. Maintain satisfactory or above on Government administered instructor evaluations.
- Review learning objectives with students in preparation for examinations.
- Follows USAF EOS-established policy for make-up/remedial instruction for missed classes or failed examinations.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and symposiums on topics related to their area of expertise and participate in instructor professional development.
- Be prepared to teach lessons as directed by the Site Manager to balance instructor workload and to meet mission requirements.
Qualifications
- Shall have a master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Shall have deployed as a Military Advisor, Political-Military (Pol-Mil) Affairs Strategists (PAS) Officer, Regional Affairs Strategists (RAS) Officer, Foreign Area Officer (FAO), Foreign Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) member, attaché or security assistance officer (SCO), or in a position equivalent to one of the above having military advisory experience.
- Shall have completed Air Command and Staff College, Senior NCO Academy, or sister school equivalent, in-residence or by correspondence.
- Shall have Joint experience (not necessarily a "joint assignment"), interagency experience, experience working with coalition partners, or non-governmental organizations.
- Shall have experience or demonstrated knowledge in military, interagency, or civilian aviation industry.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.
