Acquisition/Program Analyst
Program Summary:

Job Summary:
KBR is seeking an Acquisition / Program Analyst to support the Avionics Advanced Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) within PMA-265, contributing directly to the development and fielding of advanced avionics capabilities for a major aircraft weapon system. In this role, you will provide program management, technical, and business analysis across cost, schedule, performance, and risk management activities. You will work alongside a highly collaborative team supporting the Department of War aviation enterprise, gaining exposure to complex acquisition programs and mentoring to accelerate your professional growth. This position offers the opportunity to influence critical program decisions while supporting mission-critical aviation systems.

Compensation: $83,930.00 - $125,840.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze program cost, schedule, and performance data to support informed decision-making across avionics acquisition efforts
- Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) by preparing program materials, briefing content, meeting minutes, and action tracking deliverables
- Monitor program execution against contractual objectives, identifying risks and impacts to cost, schedule, and technical performance
- Track program schedules using established scheduling tools, with emphasis on critical path activities and deployment impacts
- Collect, organize, and interpret technical and financial data related to aircraft systems acquisition and product development programs
- Support financial planning activities by applying established policies and procedures to budgets, forecasts, and execution reviews
- Participate in risk management, CDRL tracking, and milestone event preparation across the program lifecycle
- Assist in planning, staffing, and execution activities to ensure program objectives are met within approved cost and schedule constraints
- Support customer engagements, working groups, and program reviews by synthesizing technical and financial data into actionable insights
- Travel requirement: up to 15%
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related discipline. In lieu of degree, an additional 8 years of experience can be substituted.
- 2+ years of experience supporting acquisition, program management, or business analysis activities within government or defense programs
- Experience analyzing cost, schedule, and performance data for complex programs or projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project for program documentation and reporting
- Active Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting NAVAIR Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Experience working with NAVAIR databases and program management systems
- Experience supporting aircraft or avionics acquisition programs
- Experience participating in risk management or CDRL management activities
