Uncrewed Systems Instructor

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting an Uncrewed Systems (UxS) Instructor in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the delivery, assessment, and reporting of MQT programs that align with operational objectives
• Deliver curriculum, validate and refine assessment materials, compile training data, and ensure accurate attendance tracking
• Generate training reports, update course content to reflect new equipment, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of training initiatives

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Honorable discharge from U.S. military
• At least 3 years of experience delivering hands-on training with UxS platforms as a designated Military or Civilian-equivalent Instructor
• Basic Life Support certifications (BLS-AED and CPR)
• Understanding of high-risk training/safety
