Training Subject Matter Expert

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Training Subject Matter Expert in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the development, delivery, and evaluation of Initial Qualification Training (IQT) programs that align with operational objectives
• Instruct, design, and validate curricula, coordinate logistical requirements, and ensure seamless execution of training activities
• Responsible for analyzing training outcomes, recommending improvements, and contributing to mission readiness and operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Active Secret security clearance
• Honorable discharge from U.S. military
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating platforms
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining UxS platforms
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of operations, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols, as well as relevant regulations
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional systems design models
• Completed and current Basic Life Support, Automatic External Defibrillator, and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certifications
• Understanding of high-risk training/safety
