Position: Workforce Management Planning Specialist with Voxai experience
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-Term contract
Job Description:
• Looking for a resource to use the existing Workforce Management tool within USPS to help manage the agents and volume of Service Requests (SRs) in order to provide recommendations and support to optimize operational efficiency and performance.
• If the resource has background on the Workforce Management tool with Voxai, that is preferable. If not, then overall capability and knowledge with Workforce Management will be sufficient.
