Inventory Management Specialist
Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional committed to maintaining accurate inventory and accountability in a regulated warehouse environment? Do you bring experience handling Government material and supporting audit-ready operations? If so, this role offers an opportunity to support Serco North America's logistics mission.
In this role, you will perform hands-on inventory management activities including receiving, storing, issuing, and inventorying material. You will ensure accurate documentation, support shelf-life and disposal processes, and maintain system records to support operational efficiency and compliance.

Salary range: The hourly amount for this position can be found at the top of this posting. This role is covered by the Service Contract Act. For positions on this contract, we will pay the prevailing wage rate for the location in which the employee is working, as determined by the Department of Labor and the Wage Determination (WD). The wage rate will vary depending on the locality. Additionally, you will receive Health and Welfare Benefits based on the WD for the contract. Inventory Management Specialist

In this role, you will perform hands-on inventory management activities including receiving, storing, issuing, and inventorying material. You will ensure accurate documentation, support shelf-life and disposal processes, and maintain system records to support operational efficiency and compliance.
In This Role You Will:
- Receive, store, issue, and inventory material.
- Conduct physical inventories.
- Update records in DMLSS.
- Support shelf-life and disposal actions.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum two (2) years of warehouse or logistics experience related to the job description listed above.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to meet Government suitability requirements.
- A current and active NACI and PIV Credentials which will require US Citizenship, and Active and Current Secret Security Clearance is preferred.
- Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate approved delivery vehicles.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.
- A current OSHA certification or willing to obtain.
- Successful background checks include fingerprint checks and drug screenings.
- Have the ability to work on-site daily Monday through Friday while meeting our customers' requirements at the Cheatham Annex, located near Williamsburg, Virginia
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Government inventory systems.
- Valid forklift license (4K-6K and stand-up forklifts) or ability to obtain.
