Logistics Specialist
Are you a versatile warehouse professional with experience supporting end-to-end logistics operations? Do you take pride in accurate material handling and efficient warehouse operations? If so, this role supports mission-critical Navy logistics activities.
In this role, you will support receiving, storage, staging, packing, shipping, and re-warehousing operations. You will assist production and sustainment teams, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization in accordance with Government standards.

Salary range: The hourly amount for this position can be found at the top of this posting. This role is covered by the Service Contract Act. For positions on this contract, we will pay the prevailing wage rate for the location in which the employee is working, as determined by the Department of Labor and the Wage Determination (WD). The wage rate will vary depending on the locality. Additionally, you will receive Health and Welfare Benefits based on the WD for the contract. In This Role You Will:
- Perform receiving, packing, shipping, and re-warehousing tasks.
- Support production and sustainment activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation in logistics systems.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience performing general warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to meet Government suitability requirements.
- A current and active NACI and PIV Credentials which will require US Citizenship, and Active and Current Secret Security Clearance is preferred.
- Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate approved delivery vehicles.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.
- A current OSHA certification or willing to obtain.
- Successful background checks include fingerprint checks and drug screenings.
- Have the ability to work on-site daily Monday through Friday while meeting our customers' requirements at the Cheatham Annex, located near Williamsburg, Virginia
Preferred Qualifications:
- DoD logistics support experience.
- Familiarity with DMLSS.
- Valid forklift license (4K-6K and stand-up forklifts) or ability to obtain.
