Inventory Lead
Are you an inventory professional who understands the importance of accuracy, accountability, and audit readiness in a Government warehouse environment? Do you bring experience leading inventory teams and managing large volumes of mission-critical material? If so, this role offers an opportunity to make a direct impact supporting Navy medical readiness.
In this role, you will oversee all inventory operations across NMRLC warehouses, ensuring 100% accountability of Government material. You will lead physical inventories, resolve discrepancies, supervise inventory personnel, and maintain accurate records within authorized systems of record. Your efforts will ensure material visibility, compliance with policy, and uninterrupted support to production and sustainment operations.

In This Role You Will:
- Lead annual and cyclic physical inventories.
- Supervise inventory personnel and reconciliation efforts.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records in DMLSS.
- Ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, and NMRLC policies.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience leading inventory operations.
- Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and audit practices.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to meet Government suitability requirements.
- A current and active NACI and PIV Credentials which will require US Citizenship, and Active and Current Secret Security Clearance is preferred.
- Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate approved delivery vehicles.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.
- A current OSHA certification or willing to obtain.
- Successful background checks include fingerprint checks and drug screenings.
- Have the ability to work on-site daily Monday through Friday while meeting our customers' requirements at the Cheatham Annex, located near Williamsburg, Virginia
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Government or DoD inventory programs.
- Experience with DMLSS inventory modules.
- Valid forklift license (4K-6K and stand-up forklifts) or ability to obtain.
