Job Summary:
This role supports the design, build, and operation of secure, cloud‑native software platforms. You will focus on CI/CD pipelines, containerized microservices, and infrastructure automation within classified environments. The position uses Kubernetes/OpenShift, AWS cloud services, and modern DevSecOps tooling to deliver mission‑critical software with real‑world impact.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for microservices and container‑based deployments.
• Support containerized environments using Docker with Kubernetes or OpenShift orchestration.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Provision, configure, and monitor secure cloud environments (primarily AWS).
• Integrate security tools into development workflows, including static and dynamic code analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to harden environments and cloud‑native architectures.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, and performance issues across environments.
• Support compliance activities aligned with RMF, STIGs, and related security frameworks.
• Document configurations and contribute to continuous improvement of DevSecOps processes.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2–6 years of experience.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.
• Experience operating in AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of secure engineering practices and vulnerability management.
