Key Responsibilities
Deliver in-person training courses to foreign military analysts on geospatial workflows and tools within Esri environments
Instruct students on the creation and management of operational dashboards using ArcGIS Dashboards
Develop and teach interactive narrative products using ArcGIS StoryMaps
Train users on field data collection and form design leveraging ArcGIS Survey123
Guide students through data ingestion, transformation, and management within ArcGIS Enterprise

Provide hands-on exercises focused on real-world intelligence and operational use cases
Adapt course delivery to varying skill levels and mission requirements
Required Qualifications
Advanced experience with the ArcGIS platform, including Enterprise deployments
Proven expertise in building dashboards, StoryMaps, and Survey123 workflows
Strong understanding of geospatial data ingestion, ETL processes, and data management
Prior experience training or instructing adult learners in a technical environment
Ability to translate complex geospatial concepts into clear, practical instruction
Experience working with defense, intelligence, or government organizations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting foreign military or partner nation training programs
Familiarity with operational workflows such as COP development, situational awareness, or intelligence analysis
Background in Geospatial Intelligence or related disciplines
Understanding of data security, access control, and enterprise system architecture within DoD or similar environments
Key Attributes
Strong communication and presentation skills in in-person settings
Ability to operate in dynamic, mission-driven environments
High level of professionalism when working with international partners
Adaptability in both technical delivery and cultural context
Summary
This role is designed for a geospatial expert who can bridge the gap between platform capability and operational use. The instructor will not only teach tools, but enable analysts to apply geospatial intelligence workflows that support real-world decision-making.
