• Lead Systems Integration and test execution efforts
• Develop, and review test artifacts
• Oversee test execution of various subsystem and system-level tests
• Ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem through test product execution
• Defining the test implementation approach
• Writing and releasing test procedures
• Coordinating usage of facility resources, test tooling and ground support equipment
• Using test instrumentation & data acquisition systems
• Present program status and technical results to leadership and customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Support program reviews and ensure alignment with customer requirements
• Analyze test results and contribute to system validation and reporting
• Executing 24/7 flight operations and tests
• Periodic off-shift and weekend work will be required
• Test activities will primarily be work from home, but the position will be required to support test efforts at other locations for periods of time.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or related experience
• Willing to work extended hours, including second/third shifts and weekends, in support of test activities.
• Experience creating technical documentation, including test plans and presentations
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to leadership and customers
• Comfortable participating in and presenting during program reviews
• Ability to lead a team through the execution of established procedures and processes
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with Terran Orbital Satellite Buses
• 8+ years with spacecraft architecture design, development, integration, test, with broad based and in-depth knowledge of space, missile and launch systems at the component through system level
• Fundamental knowledge of test engineering, operations, and processes
• Experience writing test plans, test procedures, or technical documents
• Experience preparing for and executing spacecraft or system-level tests
• Experience with spacecraft commanding and telemetry monitoring software
• Familiarity with electrical ground support equipment and test equipment
• Experience using Automation Framework tools
• Experience working on large-scale hardware and software projects with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to absorb extensive technical detail and logically formulate solutions for execution on an inflexible schedule, often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data
• Experience ensuring the physical and functional compatibility of hardware/software products throughout the full lifecycle of the program
• Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering
• Ability to interact with hardware and software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied
• Demonstrated ability to get results from teams without direct authority
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of the daily program operations

Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
