You will be the Manufacturing Engineer - Level 2 for the F-16 Mate team which is responsible for supporting all phases of the F-16 platform's manufacturing plan, production stand-up, and post-delivery sustainment.

Basic Qualifications:
STEM Bachelor's Degree
Experience in an Operations role with hands-on applications of engineering and manufacturing principles
Experience working process improvement and corrective action efforts
Experience interpreting Engineering drawings, specifications,
and manufacturability
Desired Skills:
Strong ability in written and verbal technical
communication skills
Previous manufacturing/operations experience (2 to 5
years)
Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD)
modeling
Experience with manufacturing tooling design and
fabrication
Understanding and demonstrated application of
technical and problem solving skills in the area of
manufacturing and production
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

What You Will Be Doing

- Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans and process documentation for the F-16 platform.
- Collaborate with shop-floor personnel, design engineering, quality, and industrial engineering to resolve production issues.
- Support corrective-action initiatives and continuous-improvement projects on the production line.
- Assist in the planning and execution of post-delivery sustainment and modification activities.
- Provide technical guidance and training to operators to improve process reliability and safety.
