Description:
You will be the Proposal Analyst Materials Estimating Mgr for the THAAD Materials Estimating Team. Our team is responsible for end-to-end creation of competitive, compliant proposals for Federal government contracts while managing talent lifecycle and bid-price strategy.

As the Manager of the THAAD Materials Estimating Team you will own the full proposal development process, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, and lead a high-performing estimating workforce.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in a related discipline
• 8+ years of professional experience in any Estimating/Finance/GSC role
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and audit activities
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
Desired Skills:
• Strong Analytical Mindset
• Familiar with THAAD Program
• 6+ years of Materials Estimating experience
• SAP/S4 Hana
• Familiar with Estimating Desk References

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Develop, communicate, and enforce estimating and pricing policies while driving continuous-improvement initiatives.
