Description:The Senior Program Manager position is responsible for developing and implementing the F-16 Sustainment strategy across multiple F-16 fleets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute a F-16 fleet Sustainment Strategy that aligns with customer objectives and Lockheed Martin corporation goals
• Collaborate with Program Management teams in charge of current F-16 Sustainment execution activities, to ensure alignment with evolving Customer sustainment-focused operational needs
• Facilitate cross-BA collaboration to develop OneLM solutions for customers
• Define multi-year F-16 capability improvement roadmaps, long-term affordability initiatives as well as improved response time initiatives to support achievement of desired cost and performance outcomes across Sustainment
• Define and monitor key fleet readiness indicators, to support measurement towards plan and assessment of additional opportunities
• Build and maintain cost-benefit analyses and business cases to justify sustainment-related investments
Travel (both domestic and international) as required
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher with sustainment, program management, operations, supply chain or related experience
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leader including building relationships with internal and external customers
• Experience interfacing with company executives, customers, and external agencies and partners
• Experience working on both domestic and international contracts
• Understanding of business development and proposal management process
• Active Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 or more years of sustainment, program management, operations, supply chain or related experience
• Business case development experience
• Full understanding of Sustainment strategy and operations responsibilities
• Process Optimization & Delivery Assurance
• Resolution of Complex Business Issues

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
