Indotronix is seeking an :Principal Embedded Software Engineer, Maple Grove, MN
Work Schedule: 9/80
Ability to Obtain Secret Clearances
Bachelor's Degree
Key Responsibilities
Lead software design, development, testing, and integration activities
Plan, estimate, and track project schedules, cost, and performance
Support software verification, testing, and quality assurance activities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including systems, safety, and architecture
Oversee subcontracted software work when applicable
Ensure compliance with engineering processes, standards, and audits
Manage risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders
Support milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and deliverables
Required Skills
Strong experience in C++ embedded software development
Knowledge of RTOS or real-time systems
Understanding of software engineering processes and lifecycle
Experience leading small development teams
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of EVMS or project tracking tools
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CMMI, cybersecurity (RMF/ATO), and system integration
Experience in defense, munitions, or combat systems
Knowledge of Ethernet communications
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in a technical fiel
