Job Description
CPT is seeking a Program Analyst IV to support the Gun Weapon Systems Division (E30) at NSWC Dahlgren. This role directly supports U.S. Navy gun weapon system development, evaluation, and sustainment programs in a collaborative, mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and evaluation of program operations for complex E30 Gun Weapon Systems efforts.
- Develop and oversee life cycle cost analyses, cost-benefit studies, and economic evaluations.
- Design and manage program reporting systems, including data gathering, analytical techniques, and evaluation methodology.
- Assess impact of legislative, regulatory, and requirements changes on program operations and engineering design.
- Develop comprehensive management and program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology.
- Lead analysis of proposed mission and operating procedure changes, preparing findings for senior government leadership.
- Mentor junior program analysts and provide guidance on analytical methods and documentation standards.
- Serve as primary point of contact for program reporting and government stakeholder coordination.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with at least 4 years of specialized experience in program analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex program analysis efforts and develop lifecycle cost assessments.
- Experience preparing program documentation and briefings for senior government leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Active Secret clearance required.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting Navy or DoD Gun Weapon Systems programs.
- Familiarity with Navy financial reporting tools and program management frameworks.
- Experience with NSWC Dahlgren or equivalent Navy warfare center programs.
