Job Description
POSITION: VTC Facilitator
LOCATION: Fort Lee, VA
SCOPE: Serves as a VTC Facilitator on a major IT services contract for the U.S. Army
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Experience in training users in the proper use and operation of VTC systems.
· Experience in utilizing scheduling software to ensure appropriate coordination of users, participants, schedulers, and facilitators, providing continuous and trouble-free transmission of conferences.
· Experience in performer pre-conference testing and set up for video teleconferences and/or meetings.
· Experience in operating crypto keying functions on equipment for secure video teleconferences.
· Experience in assisting customers with access to the SIPRNET Kiosk.
· Experience in providing technical assistance as a backup to the Cyber Security Division when requested.
· Experience in providing daily on-site operational and sustainment support which includes maintaining daily, a log of performance tasks, customer requests, and known issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Demonstrate successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field of study.
· Three years’ experience in working and collaborating with customers relying on computers and IT support for Department of the Army (DA) civilians, contractors, and permanent party military personnel.
