Baer is looking for SAP Data Quality Report Developer for a 12+ month Federal project located in Kingstowne, VA

Title: SAP Data Quality Report Developer
Location: Remote with Possible Travel to Kingstowne, VA
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Quality Report Developer to support data migration initiatives, ensuring high data integrity and readiness for go-live. The role focuses on building automated validation frameworks, identifying data issues, and delivering insightful reporting solutions.

Description:

• Design and implement automated validation frameworks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all migration cycles
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leads, and data conversion teams to identify and resolve data anomalies
• Analyze and reconcile transformed data against legacy systems
• Provide expert recommendations on reporting design and data quality improvements
• Develop actionable dashboards and reports to track data readiness for go-live

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP Data Migration experience
• Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects using tools such as SNP CrystalBridge or SAP DMLT
• Familiarity with SAP Public Sector Finance / Funds Management, Defense & Security, and Logistics data
• Experience with S/4HANA environments
• Relevant SAP certifications
• U.S. Citizenship required
