Position Summary
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst 3 to support complex supply chain planning and materials management functions in Everett, WA. This role applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination across the global supply chain while supporting production planning, inventory optimization, and on-time delivery performance.

Position Summary
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst 3 to support complex supply chain planning and materials management functions in Everett, WA. This role applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination across the global supply chain while supporting production planning, inventory optimization, and on-time delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Incorporate change and planning decisions to develop optimal supply chain solutions
- Apply Supply Chain Management methodologies to coordinate global material flows
- Analyze complex material requirements and production schedules
- Verify and incorporate Bills of Material (BOMs) and schedules into production plans
- Determine and manage part number attributes
- Initiate, coordinate, and authorize order releases based on system requirements and resource availability
- Ensure on-time delivery and resolve order delinquencies
- Document issues and report schedule adherence concerns
- Develop, control, and optimize inventory plans
- Analyze and disposition excess inventory
- Initiate and support audits related to materials and inventory
- Develop and maintain schedules for products and services
- Assist in developing cost estimates and schedules for new business proposals
- Drive process improvements by analyzing and implementing best practices in materials management
- Perform duties under general direction
- Bachelor's degree with typically 6+ years of related experience
OR
Master's degree with typically 4+ years of related experience
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience - Strong Excel skills required (advanced proficiency expected)
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain planning, materials management, or production scheduling
- Ability to analyze data, manage multiple priorities, and support cross-functional teams
- Experience Level: Mid-Career
- Experience working within large-scale or highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with global supply chain operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
