Job Description
FWI is building a team to deliver recruitment advertising and marketing services - including media strategy, creative development, event support, market research, and interactive recruiting tools - in support of the Central Intelligence Agency's Talent Acquisition Office. As the Creative Director, you will own the creative vision across the entire OMNI portfolio, setting the standard for brand identity, originality, and quality in every asset the team produces.

Work Schedule and Location:

Responsibilities
- Provide creative leadership and direction across the full OMNI portfolio, including print, digital, video, out-of-home, experiential, and promotional media.
- Develop overarching creative strategies that align with the CIA brand identity, goals, and recruitment objectives.
- Establish and maintain a cohesive brand identity, ensuring all creative assets - from marketing materials to product designs - resonate with the brand's values, tone, and image.
- Lead concept development and brainstorming sessions, delivering original ideas and innovative concepts that engage target audiences and differentiate the Agency from competing employers.
- Partner with the Program Manager to ensure creative deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with scope.
- Review and approve all creative deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and Sponsor strategic recruitment objectives.
- Collaborate with media, research, and IT teams to ensure creative execution is informed by audience insight and measured against campaign performance.
- Represent the creative discipline in formal briefings, design reviews, and Sponsor presentations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative discipline with a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive creative experience, OR seven (7) years of related experience in lieu of the degree.
- Demonstrated experience leading a creative team - including designers, art directors, videographers, or producers - with direct accountability for the quality and delivery of creative output.
- A portfolio demonstrating senior-level creative leadership across multi-channel campaigns. A portfolio is required as part of the application.
- Proven experience directing creative execution across visual identity, video, digital, and experiential channels.
- Active Secret level security clearance
Desired:
- Experience developing recruitment marketing and advertising campaigns and associated creative assets.
- Experience developing Employer Branding and Employer Value Propositions (EVPs).
- Prior experience supporting federal, Intelligence Community, or Department of Defense recruiting clients.
- Demonstrated experience directing video production, experiential creative, and integrated digital campaigns.
