Desired Experience
- Plan, develop, integrate, and assess PSYOP within campaign plans, OPLANs, and crisis action planning
- Ensure PSYOP capabilities are incorporated into CCMD-level decision-making processes
- Conduct mission analysis and provide analytic problem-solving support
- Integrate Information Related Capabilities (IRC) across operational planning efforts
- Coordinate with interagency partners and the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Develop concepts to counter adversary influence in the Information Environment (IE)
- Analyze and operationalize IO/PSYOP directives at tactical and operational levels
- Track and assess Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
(or Master's with 6+ years, or additional experience in lieu of degree) - Prior PSYOP experience (37A / 37F or equivalent service background)
- Minimum 5 years supporting PSYOP planning and execution at:Combatant Commands (CCMDs)
Service Component Commands
Joint Task Forces (JTFs) or SMUs - Strong understanding of:Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP)
Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
CONOP development and campaign planning - Experience working across joint staff structures (TSOCs, JTFs, component commands)
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Ability to travel internationally (valid passport preferred)

- Experience integrating PSYOP with broader IO / OIE efforts
- Familiarity with Indo-Pacific theater operations
- Experience advising senior military leadership
- Background in countering adversary influence operations
