Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of instructor-led training in classroom and afloat environments
  • Assist with execution of training events, simulations, and practical exercises
  • Ensure adherence to instructional standards and training consistency
  • Support implementation and updates to training curriculum
  • Collaborate with senior instructors and program leadership to enhance delivery


Required Qualifications

Graduate of Navy Basic Instructor Course or equivalent certification

• Minimum 2 years of instructor or relevant operational experience

• Experience working in Navy training or operational environments

• Strong communication and instructional delivery skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Naval Surface Fire Support (NSFS) operations
  • Familiarity with Gun Weapon Systems (MK 86 / MK 34)
  • Experience supporting or training within Combat Information Center (CIC) environments
