MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Special Warfare - Touchstone Senior Training Instructor to join our team in Spring Lake, NC.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead delivery and continuous improvement of multi-phase training program supporting USAJFKSWCS, integrating, Cyber, Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), and emerging technology capabilities.
- Support and assist the design, development, prototyping, evaluation, and integration of innovative Open-Source Research (OSR) and Publicly Available Information (PAI) in direct support of Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) requirements for Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) through formal classroom instruction.
- Prepare and deliver formal and informal briefings to military leadership and customers, providing program updates, operational insights, and training outcomes to support decision-making and course alignment.
- Design, develop, and test tools, applications, systems, configurations, or other technologies for offensive and defensive cyber-enabled Open-Source Research purposes recommending and incorporating MDO-aligned technologies, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
- Develop student performance assessments and problem sets within virtual environments that simulate real-world threats and missions integrating them within training environments, exercises, and doctrine.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of experience within the Special Operations or interagency communities with specific responsibilities within one of these primary areas:
- Cyber-enabled Operations
- Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) / Publicly Available Information (PAI) Operations
- Information Operations or Information-Related Capabilities
- Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning
- Applicable educational experience will be considered as acceptable tradeoffs for lack of SOF or interagency experience.
- BA/BS in a related field and 9 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's degree with 7 years or 13+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- Certifications/Training: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent Certifications to accomplish Senior Training Instructor tasks. Experience in Linux operating systems, virtual machines, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Python3 programming, Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Investigations, Crypto Currency, and/or cyber-enabled open-source techniques.
- 3 or more years of experience as an instructor, preferably within a SOF training environment or experience with adult-learning Instruction. May include the requirement to attend the USAJFKSWCS Instructor Course and/or Course Developer/Writer's Course.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of USAJFKSWCS Touchstone or other Open-Source Research courses
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time.
- Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication verbally and via email, phone, and virtual communication platforms to interface with co-workers and customers.
- Must be able to occasionally move about inside an office environment to access file cabinets, office machinery, and communicate with co-workers.
