Great Hill is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to support our federal customer.
Basic Qualifications:
- Eight (8)+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial systems management
- Five (5)+ years utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik) to develop interactive dashboards and executive-level reports
- Demonstrated experience developing and deploying automated tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, UiPath, or bots) to streamline manual financial reconciliation processes
- Experience identifying financial trends, anomalies, and areas for process efficiency within large federal datasets
- Proficiency in utilizing DoW data platforms to synthesize data for audit and leadership decision-making
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical senior leadership
Desired Skills:
- Master's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Information Technology
- Experience integrating financial audit data with operational metrics to create unified quality dashboards for organizational risk
- Certifications in data analytics or process automation (e.g., CAP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or UiPath Certified Professional)
- Experience with GFEBS and other DoW financial systems listed in the PWS (e.g., DDRS)
