The Opportunity :

Lead high-visibility programmatic efforts for a critical Department of War cybersecurity program. Manage the full lifecycle of key initiatives, from planning and requirements definition to execution and delivery. Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budget s, and risk management plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met on schedule. Oversee system testing activities and provide mentorship to junior staff members. Travel within the U.S. when necessary to accommodate client needs.

You Have:

• Experience leading programmatic or technical meetings with senior-level stakeholders
• Knowledge of project and schedule management, including developing and tracking timelines and budget s
• Ability to draft, edit, and perform quality control on complex technical documentation
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED and 18+ years of experience in program management, Associate's degree and 16+ years of experience in program management, Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience in program management, OR Master's degree and 10+ years of experience in program management

• Experience in the U.S. Military
• Knowledge of Navy-specific systems engineering and installation processes
• Knowledge of cryptographic equipment or secure communications systems
• Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process or DAWIA framework
• Ability to mentor and provide informal oversight to junior staff members
• Project Management Professional ( PMP ) C ertification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
