We are seeking an Asset Manager to support a high-visibility, mission-critical environment at the Pentagon. This role focuses on managing and tracking IT assets in a secure, fast-paced setting where accuracy and accountability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (inventory, tracking, deployment, and disposal)
- Maintain inventory systems supporting thousands of devices
- Coordinate receiving, tagging, secure storage, and logistics
- Generate reporting on asset status and compliance
- Support stakeholders with asset tracking and requests
- Conduct physical inventory audits in secure environments
- Ensure adherence to strict security protocols and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance (SCI eligibility required)
- Experience in IT asset management, inventory, or logistics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar tools
- Familiarity with ITIL / ITAM practices
- Strong Excel or reporting experience
