Senior Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Analyst (Government Site) to manage and support Special Access Program (SAP) efforts in a TS/SCI environment (SAP-eligible). You will lead SAP project management and execute technical analysis, assessment, demonstrations, testing, and experimentation of SAP capabilities and enabling technologies, including integrating solutions that support SAP security processes. Qualified candidates bring 15+ years managing SAP projects, 10+ years performing technical evaluations, and 8+ years integrating SAP security-supporting technologies, along with a bachelor's in engineering/physical sciences and an MBA or related master's degree; military or DoW experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP projects end-to-end on the government site, coordinating schedules, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations within TS/SCI constraints.
• Plan and execute technical analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and experimentation activities to evaluate SAP capabilities and mission impact.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of technology applications supporting SAP projects, ensuring solutions meet performance, usability, and security objectives.
• Research, identify, and integrate technologies that enable or enhance SAP security processes, working closely with security, engineering, and mission partners.
• Develop technical documentation, study plans, test/experiment reports, and decision-support briefings for government leadership and oversight stakeholders.
• Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; recommend mitigations and drive timely resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable SAP policies, security procedures, and government standards for handling, reporting, and execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret/SCI (Candidates must be clearance-eligible and prepared to maintain clearance status throughout the duration of employment.)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or physical sciences.
• MBA or master's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of experience managing SAP projects and 5+ years of experience in the analysis and demonstration of technical capabilities, including managing technology applications related to SAP projects.
• 10+ years of experience executing and supporting technical analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of technical capabilities.
• 8+ years of experience researching and integrating technologies that support SAP security processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Military or DoW experience.
