Job Description:
Come join one of our high performing teams responsible for building and supporting enterprise open systems platform of the Defense Information Systems Agency "DISA" and their mission to meet the changing needs of the Department of Defense's ISP for 2.5 million users. The ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst Lead will serve as the key technical resource leading the strategy and all Business Analyst aspects for the development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow TSOM and OMT implementation. The successful candidate will have fluency in ServiceNow including SAM processes and module development principles that enables effective communications with stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for our customer that leverages industry processes and best practices.

Senior level experience with a broad experience with the ServiceNow platform and effective in setting a clear vision based on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.
Senior level experience working with ServiceNow Asset Management modules
Senior level experience gathering requirements and developing business processes.
