The Boeing Company is seeking a proactive Integrated Logistics Support Specialist to manage and integrate key lifecycle support activities, including support system analysis, spares provisioning, technical data, training, and maintenance modifications. You will ensure technical excellence and contract compliance across all Integrated Logistics Support deliverables while managing support engineering data development. This role will be in Hazelwood, MO or Daytona Beach, FL.

This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to critical aerospace sustainment programs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Manages, monitors, and integrates product/ program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities
  • Manages and monitors support engineering data development
  • Plan, organize, direct and ensure technical excellence of all work associated with Integrated Logistics Support contracted requirements and deliverables
  • Establishes support requirements, costs, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans in accordance with contract requirements
  • Proactively perform Risk, Issue and Opportunity management
  • Support the team operating rhythm and integrate with program operating rhythm to align teammates and efficiently disseminate information/direction
  • Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities
  • Develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current
  • Conducts presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs
  • Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience advising a work unit regarding tasks, projects and operations
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Current or past EVM Silver Medallion certified
  • Experience with organizing, planning, facilitating and executing customer logistics
  • Experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders

Summary pay range for Experienced Level (Level 3): $87,550 - $127,650

Summary pay range for Senior Level (Level 4): $109,650 - $159,850
