Position Summary:
EnProVera is seeking a Sr. Program Administrative Specialist to focus on program management to fulfill advanced-level responsibilities focusing on near, intermediate, and long-range matters affecting program activities and services within the FBI's Operational Technology Division (OTD). The support includes development, planning, delivery, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of all aspects of program management.
Position Responsibilities:
- Review financial documentation to ensure all requirements are in compliance with all applicable guidelines, policies and procedures to support effective budget execution.
- Prepare and present comprehensive daily and weekly reports, utilizing advanced Excel functions to analyze data from sources such as SHOP and FRA reports.
- Develop precise budget forecasts to ensure the reliability of quarterly, annual, and project-specific budgets.
- Oversee all financial commitments by tracking requisitions, purchase orders, and purchase card transactions.
- Develop new initiatives and process improvements by conducting in-depth reviews of historical financial data.
- Facilitate meeting coordination by preparing and issuing invitations, designing structured agendas, and compiling detailed summaries.
- Facilitate productive discussions between management and Program Managers to guarantee alignment with organizational strategies, funding priorities, and IT requirements.
- Produce a diverse array of documents, including detailed reports, complex spreadsheets, engaging presentations, and various forms of interoffice and external correspondence.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Seven (7) years' related experience in providing administrative, and/or project support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; to include Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and One Note.
- Preparing and modifying documents; to include correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and e-mails.
- Strong verbal communication skills to include ability to facilitate meetings and briefings.
- Conducting analysis and technical reviews on program procedures and processes to recommend changes to improve the effectiveness of the organization's management.
- Developing, reviewing, and editing strategic planning documentation.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in prioritizing projects.
- FBI budget/financial management experience preferred.
