Job Description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ CI Polygraph to be considered. This is a future position anticipated for May 2026.

Summary:
• Lead and direct comprehensive Systems Engineering activities across the system lifecycle.
• Drive the full development process from requirements analysis through software development.
• Provide expert technical leadership for integration, testing, and software quality assurance.
• Develop and implement advanced enterprise architectures and architectural views.
• Manage programs and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear technical communication and project success.
• Apply a strong foundational background in Mathematics to complex engineering challenges.

Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 15+ years
• Salary: $318k+ yearly compensation, pending final rate confirmation

Job Description:
• Lead and direct all phases of Systems Engineering, from requirements definition to system deployment.
• Conduct in-depth requirements analysis to define system needs and specifications.
• Design and develop robust system architectures, including comprehensive software architecture.
• Oversee and guide software development processes and methodologies.
• Provide technical team leadership for integration and test (I&T) activities.
• Direct and manage comprehensive software testing strategies and execution.
• Develop and implement enterprise architectures, leveraging tools like Enterprise Architect to create detailed architectural views.
• Manage programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise technical communications and documentation.
• Apply advanced mathematical principles to solve complex engineering problems.
• Ability to develop/influence ‘system of systems’ architecture development, partitioning functionality across applications and components.
• Ability to prepare detailed presentations/briefings to clearly explain the benefits of an architectural approach to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate the activities of others (internal staff, client staff, subcontractors, associates, and staff from collaborating and/or competing suppliers) and manage stakeholder expectations and requirements.
• Demonstrate ability to assess requirements and present systems engineering based recommendations that are in line with the strategic vision for the enterprise and industry best practices.
• Ability to Advise on and participate in established governance processes to ensure that enterprise architectures meet requirements.
