Job Description
Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ CI Polygraph to be considered. This is a future position anticipated for May 2026.
Summary:
• Provide expert systems analysis for complex, large-scale data systems.
• Conduct thorough analysis of data sources and system requirements.
• Recommend and review software changes and system architecture improvements.
• Perform comprehensive trade-off and impact studies to inform decision-making.
• Verify and validate systems software and evaluate software design documentation and test plans.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 3+ years
Salary: $222k+ yearly compensation, pending final rate confirmation
Job Description:
• Provide systems analysis and engineering support for large data systems.
• Analyze data sources and contribute to software design and architecture.
• Conduct thorough analysis of system and software requirements.
• Develop and recommend software changes and improvements.
• Perform trade-off studies and prepare impact analyses for system modifications.
• Execute verification and validation (V&V) activities for systems software.
• Review and assess software design documentation and test results.
• Evaluate and provide input on software test plans.
• Apply expertise in Dataflow, Software Testing, and Requirements Analysis.
• Utilize knowledge of Mathematics, Software Development, and Systems Engineering principles.
• Additional roles include reviewing, analyzing, and recommending changes to software developers, consulting with users to identify current needs.
• Ability to analyze system requirements, understand software-engineering requirements, and perform trade off studies.
• Capability to prepare impact studies related to the addition, deletion, or modification of software requirements to existing and new projects.
• Analyze software design documentation and test results to verify compliance with systems requirements.
• Review test plans and procedures to verify test results will properly validate conformance to requirements.
