Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and deploy technical solutions to address defined system and customer requirements.
- Develop, track, and manage technical requirements throughout the system lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and stakeholders to support evolving and shifting technical requirements.
- Ensure solutions align with IT and cybersecurity best practices, organizational standards, and implementation guidelines.
- Support system implementation, integration, testing, and deployment activities in operational environments.
Qualifications
Required
- Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- Experience developing, managing, and documenting technical requirements as part of a team or as an individual contributor.
- Experience implementing IT and cybersecurity best practices in a professional environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of system implementation and deployment concepts.
- Experience working with commercial technologies and COTS solutions.
- Ability to support multiple technical efforts in an evolving, requirements-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation (e.g., requirements, design artifacts, implementation notes).
Desired
- Experience supporting systems engineering or IT efforts within a government or defense contracting environment.
- Familiarity with systems lifecycle concepts, including requirements analysis, integration, and sustainment.
