Tria Federal is seeking a

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Pre‑Production operations in support of EXMEDS platform readiness, ensuring materials are planned, prepared, staged, and maintained in a Ready‑For‑Issue (RFI) condition.
- Develop and execute pre‑production planning activities, including planning pulls, preparation, pre‑labeling, and stowage of material to efficiently support future production and kitting operations.
- Coordinate material flow and staging to ensure timely availability of components required for scheduled or surge production efforts.
- Perform and manage sustainment operations, including assessing material condition, identifying and replacing expiring or expired items, and maintaining platform integrity.
- Execute kitting of late‑arriving material following completion of initial production or kitting operations to ensure completeness and accuracy of EXMED platforms.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve material discrepancies such as overages, shortages, and mismatches to sustain material in a constant Ready‑For‑Issue state.
- Lead and provide task direction to assigned personnel, ensuring work is performed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
- Utilize authorized inventory and logistics management systems to track material status, sustainment actions, and pre‑production activities.
- Operate and oversee the safe operation of various types of material handling equipment to move, stage, and stow material throughout pre‑production and sustainment areas.
- Coordinate with Production, Inventory, Shelf‑Life, and Government personnel to ensure alignment of pre‑production activities with platform requirements and operational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, handling, and operational requirements while performing pre‑production and sustainment tasks.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management in support of mission and operational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Shall have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Shall have experience leading staff and executing Pre‑Production operations, including planning pull, preparation, pre‑labeling, and stowage of material to support production and kitting activities.
- Shall have experience performing material sustainment operations, including assessment and replacement of expiring or expired material and kitting of late‑arriving material after initial production is complete.
- Shall have demonstrated ability to identify and resolve material discrepancies such as overages, shortages, and configuration issues to maintain a Ready‑For‑Issue condition.
- Shall be capable of operating various types of material handling equipment in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Shall possess strong organizational, leadership, and coordination skills to manage pre‑production and sustainment activities effectively.
- Positions under this role may be aligned to specific EXMED platforms, as identified in the labor category table and described within the acronyms table.
- Shall possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
