LMI is seeking a Technical Operations Specialist with demonstrated experience in military staff/operations to assist a United States Special Operations Command mission partner.

This position is on-site at Fort Bragg & requires an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Operations Specialist, you are expected to bring deep experience in an operations role similar to a Brigade/Group Operations SGM or S3/J3. You have run a 3 shop and are a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on planning, staffing, and day-to-day US military operations.

The target salary range for this position is $140,000-$190,000.

- You are an expert with Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and Word.
- You know what a QTB is, could build the deck for it, and also know what the folks chairing the meeting are looking for.
- You have experience in special operations, ideally in both a joint and US Army SOF unit.
- You know how to and will proactively solve unusual and/or complex problems with little or know direction given.
- This is a role in a very fast-moving technical organization that is directly supporting the warfighter.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
- Minimum of 10-years of military experience with special operations time.
- Ability to communicate at the GO level
- Ability to function with little or no guidance in a fast faced technical operations environment at the 2-star level.
- Skilled in the use of project management techniques and best practices
- Previous experience as an ops planner, ops NCO, or ops officer.
Desired Qualifications
- Masters Degree
- Active DoD Top-Secret Clearance
- Project or Product Management Certifications such as PMP or CSPO
- Prior commissioned officer with service as an operations officer in a Special Forces unit.
