Advanced Electrical Engineer Systems Test

Role: Electrical Test Design Engineer

Client: Defense-Aerospace

Hourly Rate: up to $65/hr (W2, non-benefited)

Length: Long-term

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Clearance: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire

Description:

As an electrical engineer for GeoLogics, you'll work in a cross functional team responsible for Acceptance Test of Modules and Systems; Procedure, Hardware Software and Data Review.

We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences:

• Strong background in RF test equipment (Spec An, Sig Gens, etc.)
• Understanding of space flight hardware handling procedures
• Familiarity with software used to automate test equipment
• Experience with test data capture and analysis

Desired Skills:

• Proficient using electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed Signal circuit analysis/design
• Habitually ahead of technology trends, with background in test, troubleshooting, and reading circuit card schematics
• Motivated to drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design
• Research & Development experience including concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing
• Collaborative team player committed to ongoing professional development for yourself and others

Required Education and Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
