Job Description
Kearney and Company is seeking an ICAM Support Specialist to join our growing team! The ICAM Support Specialis t will support the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) team in delivering onboarding, integration, operational sustainment, and audit/compliance activities for DoW Financial systems. This role assists senior ICAM leadership in implementing and maintaining enterprise ICAM capabilities-including Identity Provider (IdP), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)-to support cybersecurity, audit readiness (FIAR), and Zero Trust-aligned identity controls. The Consultant will work collaboratively with government stakeholders, external auditors, audit readiness specialists, technical service providers, and system owners to help execute identity lifecycle workflows, document processes, and ensure alignment with standards and security requirements. The expected salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $140,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).

- Support ICAM onboarding, integration, and operational activities for DoW Financial Systems.
- Assist with integration efforts involving enterprise ICAM services such as Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
- Contribute to ensuring compliance with FISMA, NIST standards, and DoW cybersecurity policies.
- Help develop, document, and maintain workflows for user lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, certification).
- Provide coordination support with government stakeholders and service providers to facilitate successful ICAM implementations.
- Assist with audit readiness and remediation activities, including supporting access-related evidence, role documentation, and process walkthroughs.
- Support senior ICAM staff in gathering system information, preparing change requests, and documenting onboarding or integration milestones.
- Contribute to SOD review and monitoring activities, including collecting system roles, identifying conflicts, and tracking rule implementation.
- Assist with troubleshooting identity access issues and supporting end users through Tier 2/Tier 3 escalation paths (as directed by senior team members).
- Help maintain documentation, meeting materials, and status updates for ICAM workstreams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IAM/ICAM, cybersecurity operations, or identity governance support roles.
- At least 2 years federal or DoW experience.
- Foundational experience with IAM technologies (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk) and identity lifecycle workflows.
- Working knowledge of NIST standards, FISMA, and basic federal cybersecurity policies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to support cross-functional technical teams and coordinate tasks under direction from senior ICAM staff.
- Active Secret clearance (minimum), with ability to obtain higher clearance as needed.
- Ability to travel up to 25% (as required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting DoW ICAM architecture, Cloud One, or DISA services (as applicable).
- Experience contributing to audit support activities or IT control testing
- Familiarity with audit frameworks, NFR remediation, or FISCAM-related controls.
- Exposure to SOD rulesets and role design for enterprise applications.
- Basic experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ configurations, connectors, or access reviews.
- Understanding of Zero Trust identity principles.
- ICAM relevant certification (e.g., Sailpoint Certified, Okta Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, CIAM, CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+) highly desireable
