We are seeking an experienced Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support a classified information system environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of the system security program and ensuring compliance with government security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of the information system security program
Ensure compliance with CSA guidelines across management, operational, and technical controls
Lead and manage RMF/ATO activities including SSPs, POA&Ms, SARs, and risk assessments
Coordinate insider threat awareness within the security program
Conduct and validate annual self-inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed
Certify SSP implementation and system compliance to the CSA
Provide user security briefings and ensure personnel are trained prior to system access
Maintain all required authorization documentation (SSP, contingency plans, configuration management plans, interconnection agreements, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance
Proven experience serving as an ISSM or ISSO in a classified environment
Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST, and DoD security requirements
Experience developing and maintaining ATO documentation
Experience working with CSA / Authorizing Officials
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in DoD or federal environments
Familiarity with tools such as eMASS, XACTA, or similar
Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, CASP, etc.)
