Job Description
One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Warehouse/Property Manager to provide property custodial and inventory management support for federal operations. The Warehouse/Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing property receipt, storage, appraisal, disposal, and inventory functions in compliance with government standards and procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring accurate property accountability.
Warehouse/Property Manager Key Responsibilities:
Provide general property custodial assistance to Government authorities
Receive, store, and maintain property in accordance with established policies
Conduct appraisals and coordinate the ordering and disposal of property
Maintain accurate property records and inventories
Oversee contract storage and ensure accountability of all property
Perform regular inventories and reconcile discrepancies
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with property management regulations
Warehouse/Property Manager Qualifications/Skills Required:
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in supply technician or inventory management responsibilities
Familiarity with technical supply management principles and practices
Experience with managing decentralized and decontrolled items
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work consistently under pressure
High school diploma or GED required
