Description:
You will be the Financial Mgmt Manager for the Troy Operations team. Our team is responsible for developing internal data collection and analysis of program, capital, and overhead expenses and providing financial guidance to leaders across the Troy site.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Management Manager you will execute day-to-day financial and business operations, partner with multiple functions, and deliver actionable financial guidance to support the Troy Operations mission.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
The candidate shall possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline and have demonstrated success as a leader.
The candidate shall have budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience, as well as experience working with Finance and Business Operations Functions. Relevant experience in multiple business functions
The candidate should also have experience interacting across functions and with multiple internal and external customers.
The candidate shall have strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills with demonstrated business acumen in prior roles.
The candidate shall be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Skills:
The candidate shall possess a Master's degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
Experience with a strong track record of leading teams and driving results
Experience in Capital, Direct, and Overhead Expense management and ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated and process-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, database tools, and Lockheed Martin financial systems (SAP, Apriso, P2P, Tableau, and EFS)
Production Operations Support Experience
Strong problem-solving skills with a innovative mindset and working knowledge of Finance concepts (EACs, Long Range Planning, etc.)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
