You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Associate Manager for the ARRW Production Manufacturing Engineering team. Our team is responsible for providing support to day-to-day activities across different sites to ensure quality, cost, and schedule goals are met.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
-Must hold a Secret security clearance
-Bachelors in a STEM related and technical discipline
-Experience in missile manufacturing, process development, and testing
-Experience with manufacturing tooling design and fabrication
-Hands on experience in the design of manufacturing processes, Work Instructions, assembly and tooling.
-Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
-Production experience
Desired Skills:
-Experience with Design for Manufacturing Assembly (DFMA) activities
-Experience with transition to production
-Knowledge of automation and cost reduction techniques
-Electrical or Mechanical Design Experience
-Control Account Management (CAM) certification
-Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
-Experience with MPMLink and SAP
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Communicate risks and program status to functional leaders, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Oversee manufacturing engineering processes, ensuring compliance with standards and supporting continuous-improvement initiatives.
