Description:As the F-35 Combat Systems Weapon Solution Owner (SO), you will be part of the Engineering Business Owner (EBO) team for the F-35 Line of Business. A Solution Owner is responsible for the leadership and execution of the weapon product portfolio within the Line of Business. The Deputy Solution Owner will assist the Solution Owner in the day to day execution of the weapon product teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving innovation and process improvements within the Weapon Product Teams
- Providing Technical Consultation in execution and development
- Driving root cause and corrective action for critical issues and defects
- Enforcing process discipline across the organization
- Assisting in overall staff work, metrics and communication across the team
- Performing special assignments as needed to meet critical programmatic and customer milestone.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
12+ years of design, software or integration experience of airborne weapon delivery systems
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Familiarity or experience in systems engineering processes and technical development life cycles
Experience leading technical development teams
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of aircraft platform weapon
systems, weapon types and functionality
Working knowledge of aircraft vehicle systems, avionics systems or operations
Working knowledge of the F-35 platform, architecture and systems
Technical planning and execution of complex systems
Experience with customer communications
Experience working in classified environments
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
