Description:As the F-35 Combat Systems Weapon Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing weapon capability development from initial requirements through
fielding. The Product Owner coordinates,
collaborates and drives execution across multiple
domain teams and is responsible for all aspects
of capability design, development, test and
fielding for all aspects of engineering for a given
capability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the overall voice and point of contact for a given capability
- Developing technical understanding of the capability, impacted hardware and software components, timeline to deploy, contract requirements and user expectations
- Developing the capability execution roadmap, plan of actions and milestones.
- Driving overall execution of the capability across organizational boundaries
- Forecasting/developing tools required to support
development and technical assessment of the capability
- Ensuring appropriate use-cases are defined upfront and test methodologies maximize integration testing, regression and timely test data analysis
- Developing, tracking and reporting execution metrics to program leadership and customer communities

Basic Qualifications:
Design, software or integration experience of complex systems
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Familiarity or experience in systems engineering processes and technical development life cycles
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of aircraft platform weapon
systems, weapon types and functionality
Working knowledge of aircraft vehicle systems, avionics systems or operations
Working knowledge of the F-35 platform, architecture and systems
Technical planning and execution of complex systems
Experience working in classified environments
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
