Description:You will be the Intelligence Analyst Senior for the Security Risk Operations Team. Our team is responsible for conducting a wide variety of support to the Counterintelligence, Investigations, Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management, and Executive Protection teams.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) gathering and analysis, documenting the findings of Threat Management Team conventions, and conducting professional judgment assessments on Subjects of workplace violence. You will also be responsible for gathering relevant facts and data by conducting OSINT, interviews, collecting documents and other evidence, and analyzing data to draw conclusions supported by the facts.

Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for conducting a wide variety of analytical and investigative support to the Security Risk Operations Team, to include the Counterintelligence, Investigations, Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management, and Executive Protection teams.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from classified and unclassified sources.
• Conduct detailed background research and analysis on investigative subjects and persons of interest.
• Produce written reports, briefings, and intelligence summaries.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with security protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support ALL mission objectives
• Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to support intelligence, investigative, or operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with multi-disciplinary teams comprised of Human Resources, Legal, business leaders and external partners.

MUST BE A US CITIZEN-Position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Basic Qualifications:
• Three (3) years of analytical experience with a background in employee or labor relations, law enforcement, or intelligence community experience.
• Three (3) years of experience conducting Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), all source intelligence reports or comprehensive biographical profiles.
• Candidate should maintain a well-established liaison in the law enforcement, professional agencies and intelligence communities.
• Able to obtain a security clearance (as required for SIPRNet access)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Desired Skills:
• 6+ years of combined experience intelligence analysis
• Experience with Protective Intelligence and/or Executive Protection
• Experience with Counterintelligence theories and principals
• Familiarity utilizing classified systems (SIPRnet, JWICS, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Psychology, or related field.
• Familiarity with intelligence platforms, structured analytic techniques and OSINT tools
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
