What You Will Be Doing
This position will report to the manager of Business Operations Team within Ground Systems in Fort Worth, Texas. This position requires an understanding of Earned Value Management processes and supporting tools as you will be responsible applying these techniques and overseeing the cost, schedule and technical execution of both F-35 and F-16 contracts, acting as a single point of accountability for labor, material and IWTA control accounts of our engineering teams and delivering insights to drive program success.
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Oversee the compliance and implementation of Earned Value Management principles by managing cost, schedule and technical scope and delivering associated business requirements on time
• Conduct cost and schedule variance and metric analysis, define root causes and implement corrective actions to ensure project success
• Prepare comprehensive EVMS presentations and performance reports for leadership reviews
• Maintain accurate Forecast starts and finishes in the IMS and mitigate schedule impacts through analysis and cross-collaboration.
• Collaborate and coordinate with program management office, finance, scheduling and engineering teams to ensure alignment on plans before baseline and during execution
• Perform in-depth reviews of labor charging
• Ensure Estimates To Complete/ Estimate At Completion are reviewed and updated for control accounts to ensure accuracy
• Conduct risk and opportunity assessments regularly to inform decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process standardization and tool adoption

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or above
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) guidelines, processes and their implementation on programs
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis and process management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability, enabling clear, concise and impactful exchanges with stakeholders at all levels
Desired Skills:
• Certification as a Control Account Manager(CAM) with prior CAM working experience and knowledge
• Familiarity with Program Performance Management tools (CASIE, Deltek, PM Compass, Cobra, CASMO, STREET, Open Plan, and Empower data analytics)
• Advanced knowledge of Aerospace Earned Value Management (EVMS) processes and procedures, with specific application to LM Aeronautics products including Command Media and PPMP
• Familiarity with LM Aero scheduling systems used to plan and track performance.
• Familiarity with LM Aero EV metric reports and data structure, including the use of Tableau
• Highly proficient in MS Office suite of tools
• Experience in agile environment and methodologies as well as creating and maintaining project schedules related to the team's program planning initiatives
• Experience with Corrective Action and Problem Solving
• Excellent organization, communication, presentation and time management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn, assimilate, adapt to, and successfully execute in the ever-changing environment of agile development programs

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
